Things to keep in mind if you suggest a quote:

Try to make it suitable for all genders, it doesn't always have to be, but it would be easier as it would be relate-able to a wider audience.

Nothing rude (swearing may be accepted though).

Try to include who said it, if you can't find who said it please state that, and I will try to find out. If I can't I will simply put 'By Unknown'.

Which brings me on to my next, and last, point: Please leave a nickname so I can reference who said it at the end of the post.

If you aren't sure just suggest it anyway, if it isn't found appropriate then it will not be used. Suggestions are always going to be welcome.
